Okay. I'm Officially Pissed Off

Well, unless you've been sleeping under a rock here in the wonderful realm of the fanboy blogosphere, you've no doubt learned the troubling news of The Fox corporation's sudden, and slimy move to claim rights to Warner Bros. upcoming (and much posted about) Watchmen flick.

If you have been sleeping under said rock, make a quick jump over to either here...

Or here...

Okay. You're back. Pissed off now? Good. You should be.

The motherless sons of whores over at Fox need to be dragged into the street and ass raped in front of their friends and family for even attempting to string up what stands to be one of the greatest comic adaptations of all time in a mire of legal proceedings.

Fox, go fuck yourself. You had this property in your clutches for close to two fucking decades and had neither the foresight, or the balls to bring it to the screen. Warner Bros., who have given us this year's Dark Knight, did what you were more than likely afraid to do: rolled the proverbial dice, placing their bets on a much edgier package than the sort of candy flavored kid friendly horseshit that comic book films have long since been diluted to.

Now, seeing the immense bankroll that Warners has stuffed into their coffers thanks to Dark Knight, Fox crawls out of the woodwork and wants a piece of what may very well be HUGE Watchmen monetary pie. Or, they want to delay or halt the release of the film altogether.

Friends, Fanboys, Watchmen buffs; It's about time we fucked Fox over. Since Fox so dearly desires to take away our beloved Watchmen, I'm calling on you to take away what they themselves love. Namely Cash (of the cold hard variety).

The following is a list of films to be released by the villainous Fox Studios over the next year or so. BOYCOTT THEM.

  • January 9th, 2009 "Notorious".

  • February 13th, 2009 "They Came From Upstairs".

  • Street Fighter: The Legend Of Chun-Li".

  • March 6th, 2009 "All About Steve".

  • March 13th, 2009 "12 Rounds".

  • April 3rd, 2009 "Dragonball".

  • May 1st, 2009 (This one'll be tough...) "X-Men Origins- Wolverine".

  • May 22nd, 2009 "Night At The Museum 2".

  • July 4th, 2009 "Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs".

I'm going to keep you updated on any upcoming release Fox release dates. Please people, I know some of them may be tough to avoid, but something's got to be done here.
